Pacibook is an AI-powered multilingual digital library platform supporting 22 Indian languages, built by Innovativus Technologies. We serve colleges, universities, libraries and government bodies. We are profitable, bootstrapped, and scaling our institutional sales function.

About the role

This is a combined sales and operations role. You will own the institutional pipeline end to end: finding the buyer, understanding the requirement, getting the proposal or bid submitted, and making sure delivery happens.

Sales

• Outbound calling and email outreach to colleges, universities, libraries and government departments
Research target institutions: who buys, which budget head funds it, who signs
Run discovery calls, map requirements, and pitch the right pricing tier
Own follow-ups through to closure and keep the pipeline updated

Tenders and GeM
Track GeM, state library portals and EOIs for relevant opportunities
Prepare and submit bid packets: eligibility documents, technical compliance, undertakings, clarifications
Coordinate EMD,



MAF and pre-bid requirements with the team

Operations

• Translate client requirements into explicit tasks for the tech and content teams and follow through until closed
Chase pending internal items so deliveries do not slip
Coordinate onboarding for current institutional clients

Documentation
Proposals, quotations, capability statements, MoUs, client-facing decks
Maintain organised records of bids, submissions and client correspondence

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years in B2B, B2G, edtech or institutional sales
Comfortable cold-calling decision makers such as Principals, Librarians and Department Directors
Fluent Hindi and English, robust written English
Working knowledge of GeM or government tendering is a plus, not mandatory
Proficiency with Word, Excel and PDF tools

Compensation

Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 per month depending on experience, plus 10% uncapped incentive on every sale closed.
