Intern - Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conducting primary research across industries to understand market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends
Support the development of proposals for qualitative & quantitative studies in collaboration with the reporting manager
Assist in end-to-end execution of research projects, including data collection, analysis, and report preparation, based on project briefs
Synthesize findings from primary and secondary research into actionable insights presented in client-ready reports
Prepare summaries,



presentations, and reports for internal teams and clients
Support the team with project management and documentation tasks

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Good understanding of the research and consulting landscape (preferred)
Basic knowledge of primary and secondary research methodologies (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with strong clarity of expression
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a rapid-paced consulting environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Post-graduate freshers specialising in Marketing, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics
MBA freshers with relevant academic projects or internship experience in primary research or market research will be preferred
