We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of Associate - Global Banking

In this role, you will:
Develop a deep understanding of applicable sectors and products, providing coverage and execution services to HSBC’s infrastructure clients
Originate and lead strategic deals, demonstrating quality thought leadership
Oversee and assist in the preparation and negotiation of key financial and project-related documents,



including internal documents like credit memos
Help the creation of marketing materials such as pitch books, proposals, teaser documents, and information memoranda
Conduct thorough industry and company-specific research
Provide guidance to and ensure the quality of output of junior colleagues
Coordinate and collaborate with other internal stakeholders and business units across regions within the bank
Contribute to the execution of the group’s overall business plan

To be successful you will:
Tertiary qualification from a reputable university, preferably in a relevant discipline. A post-graduate degree or CFA is an advantage
Robust deal execution experience in the global Infrastructure/Project Finance market, ideally with at least 3 years of experience
Exposure to domestic and cross-border infrastructure advisory and financing transactions
