it’s Your Benefit is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Relationship Manager to grow our financial products distribution and wealth management business.

The candidate should have experience in banking, insurance, mutual funds, broking, wealth management or other financial services. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, confident cold calling and the ability to generate and convert quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business through cold calls, references, networking and corporate outreach
Fix meetings with HNI clients, professionals, business owners and NRIs
Understand clients’ financial goals and coordinate suitable investment, insurance and financial solutions
Manage relationships with banks, AMCs, insurance companies, PMS/AIF providers and other financial institutions
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into long-term client relationships
Service existing clients, conduct portfolio follow-ups and identify additional business prospects
Maintain proper lead records,



sales updates and follow-up schedules
Achieve monthly targets while maintaining skilled conduct and regulatory compliance

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, wealth management, insurance, mutual funds, broking or financial-product sales
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
Comfortable with cold calling, field meetings and target-oriented sales
Ability to independently generate leads and close business
Good understanding of investment and insurance products
Existing professional network will be an advantage
AMFI, NISM or IRDA certification is preferred
Proficiency in Hindi and English
Must be available for a full-time, on-site role in Dehradun
