Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Lead/Senior Application Developerfor a full time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a leading global toy manufacturer with an award-winning, robust portfolio of wholly owned and licensed brands. Founded in 1997, the company celebrates imaginative play with a progressive focus on identifying emerging trends and turning them into high-quality products for consumers of all ages. It engages consumers through cutting-edge play experiences with popular brands. In addition to toys, offerings include Metaverse gaming, costumes, and pet products.
The shift is 06:00 - 14:00 CET. Weekend on-call availability is required.
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience with ERP development and support, including a minimum of 5 years of experience with Sage X3.
Experience in the administration and enhancement of other Enterprise Applications (i.e., WMS, PIM, CRM, etc.).
10+ years of experience in working with business stakeholders on gathering requirements,



prioritizing enhancement requests, designing, developing, and implementing enhancements.
12+ years of experience in Application Development.
4+ years of experience with Service Level Agreements (SLA) for Applications.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Experience with technical leadership for ERP projects, mentoring junior resources and vendors on solutions.

NICE TO HAVE
2 years of experience with systems architecture.
Experience with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess the design's feasibility in accordance with security and architectural guidelines.
Determine required system performance standards and hardware configurations based on client specifications, budget, security needs, and other parameters.
Perform other duties as assigned.
