Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Staff member, based in Bengaluru.

The Sales

Staff will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their desired gaming products, explaining the features and perks of PlayStation offerings, and meeting sales targets. Other responsibilities include maintaining inventory, updating displays, processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers.



Active participation in store events and maintaining product knowledge are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers
Enthusiasm for gaming and familiarity with PlayStation products and technologies
Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Basic technical knowledge to assist customers with product setup and troubleshooting
Time management and organizational skills to maintain an orderly store environment
Ability to adapt in a quick-paced retail workplace and collaborate with team members
Prior experience in retail sales or gaming is a plus but not mandatory
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales is advantageous
