Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients.
Explain company services, programs, and offerings effectively.
Generate and qualify leads for sales and business development teams.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM/MIS.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements.
Prepare call reports and update management regularly.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a target-based workplace.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
