Key Responsibilities
Supervise complete in office interior and turnkey project execution.
Supervise complete on-site interior, civil, and MEP work execution.
Coordinate and monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP activities at site.
Ensure all MEP work is executed as per drawings, standards, and project timelines.
Coordinate with MEP vendors, contractors, and technicians for smooth execution.
Monitor quality, safety, and finishing standards of all site activities.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, painters, and labor teams.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress reports.
Handle site measurements, material management, and site coordination.
Ensure proper finishing and timely project delivery.
Coordinate with design and project management teams for smooth execution.
Resolve in office issues and maintain safety standards.
Visit multiple project sites whenever required.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
