Job Overview

As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-performing digital advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads for our software development, mobile app development, website development, and digital marketing services.





Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads for software, website, mobile app, and IT services.
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including:
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Click Through Rate (CTR)
Conversion Rate
Configure and maintain:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Meta Pixel
Conversion API (CAPI)
Event Tracking
Build audience segments, remarketing campaigns, and lead nurturing funnels.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Collaborate with design, content, sales, and development teams to improve campaign performance.
