Unload Cargo: Remove incoming goods from trucks, trailers, or containers.
Inspect Shipments: Check arrived items for visual damage or defects.
Verify Counts: Match received item quantities against packing slips.
Sort Items: Categorize incoming products by type or destination code.
Stage Goods: Place unloaded items in designated intake zones. Shipping & Loading
Retrieve Orders: Gather staged products prepared for outgoing transport.
Load Vehicles: Place outgoing goods securely into trucks or containers.
Balance Cargo: Distribute weight evenly across the transport vehicle.
Secure Loads: Use straps, bracing, or wrap to prevent shifting.
Confirm Shipments:



Double-check manifests before sealing transport doors. Daily Operations & Safety
Operate Equipment: Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep loading docks free of debris and hazards.
Follow Protocols: Adhere strictly to warehouse lifting and safety standards.
Report Issues: Log broken pallets, damaged goods, or equipment failures.
