Position

Team Leader - Vehicle Finance

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage branch sales and collection team
Achieve monthly business and collection targets
Handle dealer relationships and customer management
Monitor field activities and ensure team productivity
Maintain portfolio quality and minimize overdue cases
Support branch operations and reporting activities
Train and guide team members for better performance
Coordinate with management for business growth strategies

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Graduate in any discipline




Experience in vehicle finance is mandatory
Experience in 3-wheeler finance will be highly preferred
Prior experience in team handling is required
Solid communication and leadership skills
Positive knowledge of local market and field operations
Ability to manage sales as well as collections
Must be comfortable with field work and travel
