Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Supervise and support restaurant staff.
Ensure customers receive excellent service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
Control inventory and order supplies when needed.
Monitor sales and expenses to help meet business targets.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Valuable customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
