Role: Desktop Support L1
Location -Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh
Expert level understanding of Windows (all versions), including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and advanced system administration.
Comprehensive knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), this includes advanced troubleshooting, repair, and component replacement. Also be familiar with BIOS/UEFI.
In depth understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless networking. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues.
Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Citrix) for desktop management and troubleshooting.
Knowledge in MS Office outlook, MS teams configuration and troubleshooting’s.




Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how to resolve issues
Expertise in troubleshooting and supporting video conferencing hardware and software.
Valuable communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and concisely to non-technical VIP users.
Positive knowledge in networking devices Configuration (Switches, Routers)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
