Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to leads received through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, website inquiries, and other sources.
Understand client travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
Design and prepare customized domestic and international holiday packages.
Share quotations, itineraries, and package details with clients.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers to convert inquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners for package preparation.
Maintain records of inquiries, quotations sent, follow-ups, and bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after booking.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Package Sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred).
Experience handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Ability to prepare travel itineraries and quotations.
Robust negotiation and sales closing skills.
