Responsibilities:
Incoming raw material inspection and verification.
In-process quality checks during extrusion, bunching, stranding operations.
Final inspection and testing of finished cables as per customer specifications and applicable standards.
Maintaining quality records, test reports, and inspection documents.
Handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
Ensuring compliance with IS, IEC, RoHS, and customer-specific requirements.
Monitoring production processes to minimize rejection and rework.
Coordination with Production, Dispatch, and Purchase departments for quality-related issues.
Calibration and upkeep of testing instruments.
Conducting routine laboratory testing and reporting results.

Required Skills:




Knowledge of cable testing instruments (Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Spark Tester, Insulation Resistance Tester, Tensile Testing Machine, etc.).
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Basic knowledge of IS:694, IS:9968, IS:1293 standards related to wires and cables.
Valuable documentation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
