Premium FMCG snack company, looking for a FIELD SALES PERSONto cover the area of CHANDIGARH

Compensation structured as follows:
BASE:20,000 INR/
INCENTIVE:From 500 INR /- TO 5000 INR/- on distributor/retailer closing based on order volume closed, margins closed, and overall profitability.
QUARTERLY/ANNUAL BONUS:On Sales performance/profitability of sales
REIMBURSMENTS:Food and Travel

REQUIREMENTS:
Verifiable experience in sales, preferred in FMCG sector/Food
Based in Chandigarh or outskirts/nearby
Existing relationships with retailers/distributors
Self-independent, and reactive, in the management of the area (enquiries, issues, payment collection etc.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Onboarding new retailers/distributors for the assigned area.
Sales cycles management (onboarding, sampling, order creation and delivery,



budgeting, performance management, problem solving).
Market research and feedback collection.
Potential to grow as sales head, expansion to current area (with increased base salary)
