Provide services information regarding taxi package and resolve any query that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
Responsibilities and Duties
Handling inbound/outbound calls
Interacting with customers for taxi & tour package booking
Negotiating with customers for fare charges
Making Iternary of the taxi & Tour packages
MIS Preparation
Key Skills
Excellent convincing skill, Positive communication, MS Office
Required Experience and Qualifications
Should have minimum.6 to 2 years of experience in travel/ car rental industry
Should have worked upon taxi/tour packages
Job Types: Full time, Part time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
