Internship Tracks

Interns are onboarded into one or more of the following tracks based on their skills and program requirements:
Track 1: Program & Intervention Design

Track 2: Platform Operations & Coding Content

Track 3: Course Content Creation

Track 4: Operations & Execution

Track 1 — Program & Intervention Design

Program Design Intern

Support the end-to-end design of academic programs and targeted learning interventions.

Assist in mapping learning outcomes (LOs) to course modules and competency frameworks

Research industry-relevant curriculum standards and benchmark against existing program structures

Draft program blueprints, syllabi, and session-level plans for recent or revised courses

Design intervention strategies for learners who are at-risk or underperforming (remedial programs, bridge modules)

Conduct cohort-level needs assessments and document findings for the POD lead

Collaborate with content and operations teams to ensure design-to-delivery alignment

Support development of rubrics, assessment matrices,



and grading guidelines

Prepare reports and presentations on program design progress and revisions

Track 2 — Platform Operations & Coding Content

Coding Content & Platform Intern

Develop, test, and manage coding problems and assessments on the learning platform.

Author original coding problems across difficulty levels (Easy / Medium / Hard) for the platform

Write problem statements with transparent constraints, input/output specifications, and edge cases

Develop and validate multiple test cases (including hidden test cases) for each problem

Implement reference solutions in one or more languages (Python, C++, Java, JavaScript)

Tag and categorize problems by topic: Arrays, Strings, Trees, Graphs, DP, OS concepts, Networking, etc.

Review and debug existing problems reported by learners or instructors

Support platform-side operations: batch upload, problem set curation, contest management
