US Accountant / US Accounting Executive (QuickBooks Online - QBO)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in US Accounting

Shift Timing: 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Handle bank reconciliations, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare financial reports, Balance Sheets, and Profit & Loss Statements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and company policies.
Work closely with clients to resolve queries and ensure accurate financial data management.
Support the senior accounting team in reporting and documentation.
Review financial transactions and maintain proper supporting records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in US Accounting and Bookkeeping.
Solid hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).




Working knowledge of Xero Accounting Software.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger Accounting.
Ability to handle multiple accounts while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with US-based clients or accounting firms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
