Handle procurement and purchasing activities for mechanical and electrical materials
Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors and suppliers
Maintain a strong vendor database for timely sourcing and procurement
Compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material procurement
Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements
Monitor inventory levels and arrange purchases accordingly
Ensure quality and specification compliance of purchased materials
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve supply issues
Maintain purchase records, documentation, and MIS reports
Develop cost-saving strategies through effective negotiation and vendor management




Technical background in Mechanical or Electrical field is mandatory
Robust negotiation and communication skills required
Knowledge of industrial materials, equipment, and procurement processes preferred
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vendors simultaneously

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
