Role: Site Supervisor

Location: Ranchi

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with 6 months to 2 years of experience to support day-to-day site execution, coordination, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities as per drawings and instructions
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site labour
Monitor work progress, quality, and basic safety practices
Check material availability and inform office/team for requirements
Maintain basic site records and share regular updates with the design team
Flag site issues, delays, or deviations in a timely manner
Support smooth coordination between site and office teams

Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of site supervision experience




Basic understanding of construction, finishes, and site workflow
Ability to communicate clearly with labour and contractors
Two-wheeler required for site visits
Willingness to work as per site schedules when required
