Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security guards and ensuring the safety of people, property, and assets. The supervisor monitors daily security operations, enforces safety policies, and responds to incidents or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards.
Monitor CCTV systems and security alarms.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
Ensure all security procedures and company policies are followed.
Train current security staff and schedule shifts.
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
Respond quickly to emergencies, theft, or suspicious activity.
Communicate with management and law enforcement if required.

Requirements / Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Leadership or supervisory experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
