Key Responsibilities:
Identify manual, repetitive, and time-consuming processes across departments and recommend automation solutions.
Implement, manage, and optimize AI tools, automation workflows, and productivity solutions across the organization.
Research, evaluate, and deploy current AI technologies, tools, and platforms based on business requirements.
Monitor automation performance and continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and user adoption.
Automate lead generation, lead qualification, CRM updates, follow-ups, reporting, and sales workflows.
Analyze departmental workflows and recommend process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Support development teams by implementing AI-assisted coding, documentation, project management, testing, and productivity tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on automation performance, productivity improvements, time savings, and return on investment (ROI).

Skills & Knowledge:
Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Computer Science,



Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Must have atleast 01 to 03 years of experience in AI tools, automation, digital transformation, business operations, or process improvement.
Robust knowledge of AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI productivity tools.
Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, Power Automate, and CRM automation tools.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, and project management tools.
Knowledge of CRM systems, reporting tools, analytics platforms, and dashboard creation.
Ability to work closely with both Marketing and Development teams to drive AI adoption and process automation.
