About the Role

We are a growing garment manufacturing/wholesale company looking for a proactive team member to manage daily sales, stock & production coordination. If you’re good with numbers, WhatsApp, and talking to customers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities - Success in 1st Week
Sales Billing: Create GST sale bills/invoices daily in Tally/Busy/Software
Stock Management: Update ready stock in system + Excel daily. No mismatch allowed
Recent Design Entry: Generate barcodes + enter recent designs in system with images
Customer Support: Handle dealer/buyer calls for stock availability, pricing, dispatch
WhatsApp Updates: Send ready stock PDFs/images to dealers daily on WhatsApp
Order Processing: Note down everyday orders from phone/WA, confirm & enter in system
Production Coordination:



Daily follow-up with cutting/stitching team for delivery dates

Must-Have Skills
Basic Success billing knowledge
MS Excel - VLOOKUP, basic formulas for stock sheet
Good communication - Hindi/English for dealer coordination
WhatsApp Business, PDF, photo sharing
Quick typing + attention to detail - wrong bill = loss
Garments field experience - know terms like GSM, lot, shade, size set
Barcode printer + inventory software knowledge

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
