Plan and execute MICE projects as per client requirements and timelines.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, event production vendors, and other service partners.
Prepare detailed event operation plans, itineraries, and execution checklists.
Handle venue sourcing, negotiation, and contracting.
Manage event logistics including travel, accommodation, transfers, registrations, and setup.
Ensure smooth in office event execution and troubleshoot operational issues in real time.
Monitor budgets and control costs to maintain profitability.
Prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis.
Maintain vendor database and build robust supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
Pay: ₹12,455.54 - ₹30,000.00 per month
