Job Summary

The Senior Site Engineer (Civil & Interior Works) is responsible for overseeing the execution of civil construction and interior fit-out activities at project sites. The role involves managing site operations, coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project schedules, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for civil and interior works.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.





Civil Works Management
Oversee structural and finishing works including masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and external development works.
Verify layouts, levels, dimensions, and quality of executed work.
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with relevant construction standards, codes, and regulations.

Interior Fit-Out Management
Manage execution of interior works including partitions, false ceilings, flooring, joinery, carpentry, modular furniture, glazing, painting, wall finishes, and decorative elements.
Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of services within interior spaces.
Review shop drawings and ensure proper implementation at site.
Monitor installation quality and finishing standards.

Planning & Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material require
