Position: Compliance Manager
Industry: Paper Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, labor codes, and statutory requirements.
Handle and coordinate audits including Sedex (SMETA), BRS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Maintain compliance records, licenses, registers, and audit documentation.
Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and certification agencies.
Monitor contractor compliance, PF, ESIC, wages, and other statutory obligations.
Implement corrective actions and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Experience & Qualification:
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably the paper industry.
Robust knowledge of labor law compliance and audit management.
Experience in handling Sedex, BRS, and ISO audits.
Positive communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
