Key Responsibilities
Sales & Targets: Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product knowledge to facilitate sales.
Merchandising & Upkeep: Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock shelves, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
Operations & POS: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash/card transactions, and process returns.
Inventory Control: Track inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and report discrepancies.
Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product ranges and promotions.
