Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity estimates and BOQs from drawings.
Check and certify subcontractor bills.
Prepare client bills and maintain billing records.
Track project costs, quantities, and material consumption.
Conduct rate analysis for civil works.
Verify measurements at the project site.
Prepare cost comparisons for vendors and subcontractors.
Assist in variation claims and additional work documentation.
Coordinate with the project manager, billing team, and site engineers.
Maintain proper records of drawings, measurements, and approvals.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of civil construction quantities and measurements.
Experience in RCC, finishing, and infrastructure works.
Familiarity with BOQ preparation, billing, and rate analysis.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
