Armonia is looking for a energetic and customer-focused Assistant Showroom Manager to support daily showroom operations, drive sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day showroom operations.
Support the Showroom Manager in achieving sales targets and business goals.
Ensure excellent customer service and build robust customer relationships.
Guide customers in selecting home décor, furniture, and lifestyle products.
Monitor showroom appearance and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
Supervise and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure proper stock management, inventory checks, and product availability.
Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for stock replenishment.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain operational records.
Support local marketing activities, exhibitions, and in-store promotions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
