Responsibilities:
Produce concept, schematic, tender, and detailed drawings in accordance with HCP's design philosophy and standards.
Coordinate with internal teams within the office.
Collaborate and communicate with consultants, experts, and advisors to incorporate their inputs in line with the design intent.
Participate in site visits to understand site conditions, review project progress, address landscape and horticulture-related issues, and ensure adherence to design.
Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate design ideas.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and norms governing landscape design.
Manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Urban Design
Experience:
Years: 1 to 2 years

Skills (mandatory):
Solid hand-sketching skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, and MS Office.
Valuable graphical and presentation skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of landscaping trends, planting palettes, techniques, and technologies.
Good communication skills with proficiency in English.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
