Zonal Sales Head - Gourmet Food & Beverage Division

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales within the Gourmet (Non-Mass) FMCG category.

Job Summary

The role requires solid leadership capabilities, strategic planning, team management, data-driven decision-making, and adherence to organizational reporting processes and sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales and revenue growth for the entire Wens Food & Beverage portfolio within the assigned zone.
Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and onboard current distributors, channel partners, and key accounts.
Expand market presence and increase product penetration across assigned territories.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Team Building & Management
Establish and lead a high-performing sales team across the assigned zone.
Recruit, train, mentor,



and evaluate sales personnel.
Set performance goals and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.

Reporting & Data Management
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
Ensure compliance with all reporting SOPs and organizational guidelines.
Analyze sales data and derive actionable insights to improve business performance.
Present periodic sales reports, territory performance updates, and business reviews to management.

KPI Management
Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue objectives, distribution goals, and other assigned KPIs.
Monitor team productivity and implement corrective actions wherever necessary.
Drive accountability and performance excellence across the sales organization.
