Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Executive/Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions including Operations, Fleet, HR, Rider Acquisition, Customer Support and Corporate positions. The role requires a proactive recruiter capable of sourcing quality talent, maintaining hiring pipelines and ensuring timely closure of positions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle from requisition to on-boarding.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined turnaround times.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Bulk & Field Hiring:
Manage mass hiring requirements for Riders, Fleet Staff, Operations Executives, Helpers and other field workforce.
Conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, campus drives and local hiring campaigns.
Coordinate with recruitment vendors and manpower agencies.




Track daily joining targets and hiring productivity.
Coordinate offer roll outs, document collection and pre-joining formalities.
Support on-boarding and induction activities.

Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate closely with department heads and city managers to understand manpower requirements.
Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment status reports.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and recruitment efforts.

Source effectiveness
Offer-to-join ratio
Time-to-hire
Recruitment cost metrics
Monitor recruitment KPIs and suggest process improvements.

Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain recruitment records and hiring documentation.
Support background verification and reference checks where applicable.
