Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and inspect ongoing construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Develop and implement quality control procedures, checklists, and inspection plans.
Conduct material inspections and ensure usage of approved materials as per project specifications.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
Perform regular site audits and prepare quality inspection reports.
Ensure adherence to IS codes, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
Maintain proper documentation of quality records, test reports, and inspection logs.
Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Oversee testing of materials (concrete, steel, etc.) through lab and field tests.




Participate in project handover inspections and snag list closure.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
Familiarity with IS codes, NBC guidelines, and local regulations
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Valuable communication and coordination abilities
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools

Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
Certification in Quality Control / QA-QC (preferred)

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
