Coordinate and schedule service engineers for installation, breakdown, and maintenance.
Track engineer performance, job allocation, and completion status.
Manage spare parts requirement, availability, and dispatch coordination.
Handle Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, invoices, and service documentation.
Track Corrective Requests (CR) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
Ensure timely service closure and adherence to SLAs.
Manage AMC renewals and generate current AMC business.
Maintain AMC database and service schedules.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
