Job Summary

Requirements:
Proficiency in English and any one South Indian language:
Telugu
Tamil
Kannada
Malayalam
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and handle inquiries professionally.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and coordinate with participants regarding upcoming events.
Explain event details, ticket categories, pricing, and offers.
Assist customers throughout the ticket purchasing process.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into ticket sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.




Address customer concerns and provide timely support.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
