The Position

An Operations Engineer acts as the bridge between hotel operations, customer service, automation, and business growth. Your first responsibility is learning every aspect of hotel operations. Once you understand how the business works, your mission becomes improving it.



Every repetitive task should eventually become an automated workflow until all that’s left is overseeing any critical issues.

Hotel Operations (2 Weeks Paid Training)
Master our Property Management Systems (PMS)
Learn reservations, guest communications, pricing, payments, and reporting
Understand every step of hotel operations
Resolve operational issues independently
Coordinate with in office staff

Automation Engineering

After completing basic training, you will be expected to:
Build at least 5 automation workflows every week
Identify repetitive work across departments
Design AI workflows that eliminate manual work
Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Test and improve automation performance
Continuously improve operational efficiency

Marketing & Revenue Growth
Automate online marketing campaigns
Follow up on booking inquiries
Earn commission on qualified hotel group bookings
