Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Purchase Executive with experience of 5 years in flexible packaging and chemicals. This is a full-time onsite role at our Wazirpur facility, requiring close coordination with vendors, production, and stores to ensure uninterrupted procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities
Source and procure raw materials, chemicals, and packaging materials as per production requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality procurement.
Maintain vendor relationships and develop new supplier networks for competitive advantage.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and production teams for timely replenishment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and maintain accurate procurement records.




Track market trends in chemicals and packaging materials to optimize purchase strategies.
Collaborate with finance for payment follow-ups and resolve vendor queries.
Education: Graduate in B.Tech or any Engineering degree
Experience:5 years in purchase/procurement, preferably in adaptable packaging or chemical industry.
Hands-on experience in sourcing from China.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of procurement processes, GST/compliance, and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
