Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven IT Services Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Delhi NCR market, covering Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram and Noida.
The role will focus on acquiring current enterprise customers, developing existing accounts, and building robust relationships with System Integrators, Technology Partners, OEMs and other channel partners to generate IT services opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the enterprise IT ecosystem and proven experience in selling technology services to mid-market and large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
Drive new business development for the company's IT Services portfolio across Delhi NCR.
Identify, qualify and develop new enterprise accounts and strategic prospects.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.




Conduct consultative selling with CXO, CIO, CTO, IT Head, Procurement and Business stakeholders.
Develop account plans and sales strategies for key target customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closure and handover.

Cloud Services – AWS / Microsoft Azure
Managed IT Services
Infrastructure & Datacenter Services
Cybersecurity Services
Digital Transformation
Data & AI / Generative AI Services
Application Services
Modern Workplace / Microsoft Services
Qualified & Consulting Services
IT Infrastructure & Network Services

Partner & Channel Development
Develop relationships with Global System Integrators, Regional System Integrators, OEMs, distributors and technology partners.
Identify opportunities that can be jointly pursued through the partner ecosystem.
Build joint GTM initiatives
