Role Description This is a full time, on-site Procurement Executive role based in Silvassa. The position involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including vendor identification, supplier evaluation, and processing purchase orders in line with company standards.

The Procurement

Executive will monitor material requirements, maintain optimal inventory levels, and ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging components, and other supplies. Daily responsibilities include negotiating with suppliers for cost, quality, and delivery timelines, maintaining accurate procurement records, and coordinating with production, quality,



and finance teams to support smooth operations. The role also includes tracking market trends, analyzing price movements, and contributing to continuous improvement in procurement processes and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of purchasing processes, including purchase requisitions, vendor selection, and procurement documentation.
- Candidates should possess experience in managing purchase orders and overall purchase management, with attention to accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to compare supplier quotations, evaluate cost-effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field are beneficial.
- Familiarity with SAP or procurement software, Advance MS Excel proficiency, and understanding of industrial or packaging materials will be advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintain accuracy under deadlines, and adhere to ethical procurement practices is expected.
