Job Role: Procurement Associate

Salary: Up to INR 50KPM The Opportunity

As a Procurement Associate, you will work closely with the Projects, Operations and Finance teams to source materials, manage vendors and ensure centre fit-outs are completed on time and within budget. This role requires someone who understands the detail of a well-prepared BOQ while confidently managing vendors, costs and delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities

- Source materials, furniture, fixtures and equipment for commercial fit-out projects.
- Maintain and expand the vendor database, including registration and documentation.
- Evaluate vendor performance across quality, cost and delivery.
- Support procurement planning in line with project schedules and budgets.
- Manage the RFQ process, including inquiries, quotation analysis and comparative statements.

Experience and Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; procurement,



supply-chain or construction certification is an advantage.
- 46 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial interiors, construction or real estate.
- Hands-on experience preparing and managing BOQs.
- Understanding of construction materials, sourcing processes and Indian vendor ecosystems.
