Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Process Engineer role based in Gurugram.

The Process

Engineer will design and optimize process systems for green hydrogen production, refueling infrastructure, and associated utilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency. Daily responsibilities include developing process flow diagrams and P&IDs;, performing process simulations and calculations, and supporting equipment sizing and selection. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for detailed engineering,



commissioning support, and adherence to relevant codes and standards.

The Process

Engineer will also contribute to process control strategies, troubleshoot operational issues, and support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering, with the ability to apply core principles to hydrogen production and related systems.
- Skills in Process Design, including development of process flow diagrams, P&IDs;, and equipment specifications for industrial plants.
- Experience in Process Control, encompassing basic control philosophy, instrumentation interfaces, and integration with safety systems.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to perform process calculations, simulations, data analysis, and problem-solving in complex operating environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards relevant to hydrogen, oil and gas, or process safety (e.g., HAZOP, risk assessments) is preferred.
- Proficiency with process simulation and engineering tools (such as Aspen, HYSYS, or similar) is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and operate in a fast-paced project setting.
