We are seeking dynamic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Process Associates for our night-shift voice operations. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound customer communications, ensuring a high standard of service and support. Role & Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Workflow Compliance: Adhere strictly to approved workflows and organizational guidelines when responding to customer queries.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and cross-functional teams to meet performance targets and maintain service quality. Relationship Building: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and skilled behaviour to build positive relationships with customers.

Candidate Profile & Skills Required:

- Prior experience in a call center environment is highly ideal. However, candidates with experience in any industry, as well as motivated freshers, are welcome to apply.




- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (clear and accurate) are mandatory.

Language Proficiency:

- High proficiency in English and multiple regional languages, specifically Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam, will be highly preferred.

Geographic Requirement:

- This position is strictly open to candidates currently residing in or native to Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.

Position Details & Compensation

- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Job Location: Tirunelveli (Work From Office)
- Shift Timings: Night Shift: 20:30 Hrs to 06:30 Hrs
- Remuneration: 1.8 LPA to 3.50 LPA (depending on experience and interview performance)
