Your Role and Responsibilities

- Support employee lifecycle activities by maintaining and updating employee information in HR systems.
- Assist in preparing employee-related documents such as employment letters, verification letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Learn and perform basic employee data transactions in HR System.
- Handle employee requests and queries through ServiceNow (SNOW) under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
- Track and complete assigned requests within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with HR and internal teams to resolve employee data-related queries.
- Support process improvement initiatives and documentation activities.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, MBA-HR, or equivalent preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of HR processes or HR operations is an added advantage.
- Internship experience in HR will be considered a plus.




- Willingness to work Night Shifts.
- Selected candidates will be required to undergo a comprehensive background verification process. This verification may take up to 6 weeks to complete.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness to learn HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
