ORN.com is looking for accomplished travel professionals who have spent years advising discerning, high-value travellers.

We are specifically looking for people who have previously worked as a Branch Head, Branch Lead, Assistant Branch Head/Lead, Team Lead or equivalent senior role at a reputed travel company and have personally handled HNI / premium customers and complex international holidays.

Who we are looking forYou should ideally have:

- 7–15+ years of travel industry experience
- Previous experience as a Branch Lead / Branch Head / Assistant Branch Lead / Senior Team Lead at a recognised travel company
- A proven track record of personally managing HNI, UHNI, CXO, entrepreneur and premium family travel
- Solid experience selling and designing international leisure holidays
- Excellent destination knowledge, particularly Europe and long-haul destinations
- Experience handling high-value, complex and customised itineraries
- The confidence and maturity to advise customers who are themselves senior professionals and business leaders
- Strong commercial ability — not merely servicing customers, but converting enquiries and building substantial travel relationships
- Excellent spoken and written communication




- The ability to take complete ownership of a customer relationship

What you will doYou won't simply process holiday enquiries. You will become the customer's trusted travel advisor.

Understand how they like to travel. Know their family. Remember their preferences. Recommend where they should go next. Challenge an itinerary when you know there is a better way. And take responsibility for making the entire journey work.

You will have ORN's technology, AI, global destination teams and travel infrastructure behind you — but the relationship with the customer will be yours to build.

This role is probably not for you if...Your experience has primarily been ticketing, operations, back-office servicing or transactional package sales.

We are looking for people who have sat across the table from demanding HNI customers, earned their trust and successfully managed significant travel business.
