Role Description The Project Coordinator role at Ogive Technology is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining project schedules, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery of aerospace and defense solutions.

The Project

Coordinator will support cross-functional teams, prepare and update documentation, organize meetings, and follow up on action items with stakeholders.

Responsibilities also include assisting with resource allocation, risk and issue tracking,



and ensuring adherence to project standards and quality requirements. The role requires regular interaction with technical teams and leadership to provide status reports and help keep projects aligned with client expectations and organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Project coordination and management skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and organizing project documentation.
- Stakeholder communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams, leadership, and external partners.
- Basic understanding of aerospace, defense, or engineering domains, with the ability to grasp technical concepts and requirements.
- Proficiency in productivity and project tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a related field; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are an advantage.
- Experience in coordinating technology or engineering projects, preferably in aerospace, defense, or related industries, is beneficial.
