Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer data and reports in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification:Graduate (Any Stream)
Positive communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage)
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
