About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Engineer to lead the design and development of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across our platforms. This role sits at the intersection of design and engineering, blending creative vision with technical expertise to deliver high-quality, functional interfaces.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that our digital solutions are visually compelling, user-friendly,



and aligned with business objectives.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from concept through to implementation
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
Translate design concepts into functional front-end components where required
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Optimise user journeys and interfaces based on feedback, data, and usability insights
Mentor and support junior designers, promoting best practice and continuous improvement
Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies
