We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Site Supervisor to oversee daily work at the project site and ensure that work is completed on time and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities at the construction site.
Monitor workers and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with contractors, labour, and suppliers.
Check the quality and progress of work.
Maintain site records and prepare daily progress reports.
Ensure materials are used properly and available when needed.
Report site updates to the management team.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of construction work and site management.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Ability to solve problems and manage workers effectively.
