Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 0 - 1 Year
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or any relevant field

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Check material usage and report shortages or requirements.
Assist in quality control and site inspections.
Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns to management.

Requirements:
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in site supervision.




Basic knowledge of construction/site management practices.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage site activities.
Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites when required.
